Create an intuitive and engaging digital front desk for GRL that extends the relevance of the library to a greater number of user groups.
After extensive wireframing and stakeholder feedback, the new website is firmly focused on promoting the library as a destination or gathering place for diverse user groups, rather than simply a place to borrow books. The site delivers a substantial volume of material in an easy-to-access framework. The extensive structure of the menu empowers users to navigate seamlessly from events to library locations through to browsing the catalogue or booking a meeting room. A dedicated top-level menu tab helps showcase the new flagship library known as The Dome.
In combination with the new building and rebrand, the website has become a vehicle of change, helping shift the way people perceive and engage with their library.

They had very robust processes in place to ensure that they correctly understood our brief and their research into world's best practice was extremely thorough. The concepts they presented us with were all of a high quality and the team helped us to work through any creative challenges we encountered.
