Brief

Heated Industries use’s smart, sustainable technology to create heated outdoor seating. They required a brand identity that communicates the product-benefit and is aesthetically suitable for partnering with the hospitality and architecture/interior design industries equally. The brand had to educate the hospitality entertainment industries on a better, safer and more cost effective outdoor heating solution.

Solution

We created a simple brandmark that represents the ‘h’ and ‘i’ of heated industries as well as the figure of a person on a seat. The orange colour represents ‘heat’, with typography, photographic direction and whitespace used to evoke feelings of modernity and high-quality. The emboss throughout the print collateral symbolises the radiating heat bars. A tagline – Smart heating. Smart seating – was also created to aid with communication.

Outcome

The new identity has shifted Heated Industries to a leader in the market and has delivered a timeless brand that sets it apart from other heating technologies.
